Our email facility can be used for requesting prescriptions. We do not recommend email communication for any other medical problems for legal reasons. If you have an urgent medical problem please contact the practice by telephone.
Email should not be used for urgent communications.
Confidentiality
Your medical information is held in this practice in strictest confidence.
All our staff have been advised of the absolute importance of maintaining confidentiality.
Unacceptable Behaviour
As a Practice, we have responsibilities to our staff and other patients and visitors. This practice does not tolerate abusive or aggressive behaviour towards any member of staff. Any patient who is abusive and aggressive either verbally or physically will be asked to leave the premises and will also be removed from the patient list. We have a zero tolerance to such behaviour. This , includes verbal aggression, verbal abuse , violence and threats of violence.
If necessary we will contact the Gardaí.
