Certificate of Incapacity for Work (or eCert equivalent) can now be submitted on line on your behalf and sent directly .
To complete the Certificate of Incapacity for Work , Please email: rathdrummedical2020@gmail.com with your PPSN and Date of Birth, dates of sickness absence and medical condition.
