The reception staff will ask you details regarding your condition, so we can offer you an appropriate appointment.
Appointments are organised into Routine pre-bookable appointments which are 15 minutes.
We also have some URGENT, (release on the Day appointments) for urgent conditions. These are 10 minute slots and can only deal with the urgent matter in question.
If a longer appointment is needed to discuss complex issues, this can be facilitated subject to availability.
Separate appointments should be made for each family member.
We would appreciate if you would cancel your appointment if unable to attend.
We also can do video consultations, using a secure telemedicine site. This can be done through your mobile phone.
Phone lines are extremely busy so we apologise for any delays, please call again in a few minutes if you cannot get through.
HOME VISITS
Most problems are best dealt with in the surgery where we have the correct equipment to undertake a full and thorough examination.
As there is only one doctor on duty at any one time, home visits can only be done inemergencies.
The doctor will always contact you and advice if it is more appropriate to phone an ambulance.
